Well, the log is reather useless, but I can see there is no epel10 branch in dist-git, you have to request it first: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Maintenance_Guide/#requesting_branches Just note there is currently this bug, so propose-downstream into an empty branch won't work either, but you can sync it with epel9 or perhaps f40 as that was the base for RHEL 10.
