Is that possible to use EFS file system to store image and the task just run this image? Or that is the same question of pulling from EFS to VPS...
If you not able to rebuild jitsi then run this or add to 10-config file: `sed -i "s/\?t\:5/\?t\:30/g" /usr/share/jitsi-meet/libs/app.bundle.min.js` to change default to 30.
So for Jibri we have to install Loopback device on host machine? This may not possible if we using K8S on the cloud.

did you update all your data and open all firewall?
why are you changing this nginx? Just deploy this on kubenetes of Digital Ocean. point your domain to load balacer IP then it will work
try to change xmpp_bosh_url_base to port 30222
Did you open firwall for tcp and udp ports?
