[FEATURE]: WAIT_FOR_WEBHOOK not exist in this GitHub

I noticed that WAIT_FOR_WEBHOOK and some other system tasks do not exist in this open source project , even they are introduced in the Orkes documentation. So my question is that they are not open but closed implementations?
