[Java Client v4] Phase out OSS client/sdk (v3)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update project documentation to reflect the phase-out of the OSS client/SDK (v3). Add a deprecation note to the different projects' README.md.
  • Create a community announcement regarding the phase-out and migration plan.
  • Remove client, sdk, client-spring, and grpc-client from the conductor-oss root project and update the build configuration accordingly.
