DEFAULTCHARDELAYFUZZ doesn't run correctly on duckyPad configurator v0.13.3 (Windows)

JSON/keymap changes in latest QMK for kint41 et al

@afonsoguerra, I'm interested. The above issue on the QMK_Configurator project is mine. I tried to get this working with my JSON. This is a Kinesis Advantage2 with hardware `kinesis/kintlc`.
