I checked the tree ( https://github.com/bbatsov/solarized-emacs/tree/55cd77b61b6968048c61e13358ba487d217f24c0 ) before my *many changes*. There are no high contrast themes. So those files should not be bundle `solarized-theme`.
I don't want to download unnecessary files. Certainly, someone will be a demand for high contrast. But it should be included in the variety package, not in the main package....
