Get ``Workspace`` feature out of incubating

The new Wokspace feature in Conan 2 is "incubating": https://docs.conan.io/2/incubating.html

We need feedback to stabilize it. If you want it out of "incubating" stage, please provide your feedback, just a few lines with:

• Report how you have tried it, and report success
• Report a bit about your project, size of project, developers, scope.
• Report the Workspace features that you have tried and willing to use.

Please post a comment in this thread with those details. We will get it out of incubating when we have enough evidence and feedback. Thanks very much!

Note: If you have any specific question, issue or request, better create a new dedicated ticket, this ticket is for collecting "success" evidence to get Workspace out of incubating.

Could you please create new tickets for those questions that require a follow up and discussion? This ticket is mainly to gather the positive feedback, like: "OK; it is working good for me, I am using it this way, this is ready IMO to get out of incubating". I am concerned that otherwise the thread might get cluttered and confusing with cross conversations. So if you could open a new ticket, put [workspace] in the title, and we will take it from there (feel free to remove the comments above if duplicated then). Many thanks!
