Exporting information on each fraction from ReportCLI

Hello,

I want to output information corresponding to PeptideShaker (GUI) "Export Freatures> Fractioins" when outputting from PeptideShaker CLI result using ReportCLI, but it seems that there is no corresponding command, Please let me know if you know something.

Hi Mat,

I'm afraid this option is currently only available from the graphical user interface. We are however in the process of reformatting and extending the command line support for the exports and will look into adding this functionality.
