problem SAGE result reprocessing

When trying to run ms2rescore out of SearchGUI I ran into a problem (an error, likely linked to mokapot) as documented in Discussions section (https://github.com/compomics/ms2rescore/discussions/218), maybe I should have posted this directly here under "Issues". Apologies for cross-posting, your help would be appreciated.
