jungle: support replaying CAN messages from an SD card

panda jungle v2 has an SD card slot. The goal is to use that SD card to replay CAN messages from an openpilot route instead of having to run can_replay.py.

The on-disk format doesn't matter; we just need an easy script to "provision" the SD card.

Could you provide the schematics of the Panda jungle v2 since we might have to play in the low-level firmware to complete this task?
