athena: recently viewed routes no longer works

Need to check if athenad issue, API issue, or connect issue. Not seeing route populated in AthenadRecentlyViewedRoutes

Production connect doesn't send setRouteViewed if you visit a route from URL directly (or ctrl+click to open in new tab) since the device and profile aren't fetched yet on component mount. I have a fix but can't push to the archived connect. @adeebshihadeh should we unarchive it and replace new connect?
