Get MetaDrive simulator working on macOS

Must work as well as on Linux.

At a minimum, this means it must pass the CI test: https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/blob/master/tools/sim/tests/test_metadrive_bridge.py.

Maybe an option is to rebuild it from scratch? Yk, like just completely have a different version separate from the main one, for mac and linux?
