I am an auto technician, not a software engineer. Trying my best here. This is a work in progress and my repo commits are an embarrassment. Currently, long is giving some strange scm_buttons errors and steering wheel buttons are working a little strange. It DOES currently drive without long. Switches lanes, accelerates, etc. There is a pretty hacky fix in get_cruise_speed_conversion. It needs to return CV.MPH_TO_MS, but something is up with IMPERIAL_UNIT/is_metric and I am not smart enough yet to figure it out.
