Hyundai CAN FD: match cluster speed

Describe the bug

There is a difference between the vehicle's actual speed and the speed displayed in C3X of approximately 5 km/h.

Which car does this affect?

Hyundai KONA_EV_2ND_GEN (Korean 2023)

Oh sorry.... I checked and found that MPH settings are not possible in the vehicle.

Ah we do this for CAN, but not CAN FD cars. Will check it out on our EV6 soon!
