Add extra firmwares and sort for Ram

Description [Add in extra firmwares from Ram DT and Ram HD.]

Verification [These were brought in from various trucks running my fork.]

Can you provide some dongle IDs for where these came from?

Checked the VINs for the FW versions you added, found we have a 2023 Ram 1500! Pulled out into this PR: https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/pull/27634

I parsed the VIN for all the FW versions you added, and they all check out. Removed all dongles and VINs for privacy: https://pastebin.com/1yWJmfs0
