Toyota Corolla Hybrid 2019 EU Low Steering Torque

Describe the bug

So mine car can do only 20deg of steering while others can do 250deg of steering. I'm not sure its an OP bug or EU Corolla have different EPS Firmware? Stock LTA can handle these turns and have way more torque where OP fails. Special thanks for @sunnyhaibin
