Honda: Detect stock ACC fault on Bosch cars
Seen on the CAN-FD Honda Pilot, but may exist on others.
In this case, I think the trigger may have been the "maximum load limit" condition. Stock ACC was requesting some acceleration, and it didn't quite happen despite the double down shift and RPM increase. Other possibilities are VSA activation or radar occlusion, but weather and road conditions seemed okay.

Since this is a pcmCruise configuration, and stock ACC disengages on this condition, we're probably stuck with the immediate disable if it happens while engaged. However, we can make it easier to troubleshoot, and show a cruise fault alert while disengaged.
