Initial port of BYD brand.

This is an initial attempt to port BYD brand. Due to chip shortage disaster in covid19 period, BYD have opened a long list of supply chain and therefore you may see different brands of camera such as Veoneer or Bosch as well as different wirings/connectors. Connector may not match to what's been recorded in the repair / service manual as well.

This code works and tested in Han DM model on sale from 2020 to 2021, on a non-official device unfortunately. As far as been known it should also be compatible with 2018-2020 Tang DM models and some Song DMI models. (Note DM is 4th generation and DMI is 5th generation) Unfortunately I have no such vehicles to complete the coding or testing. Call for developers to complete the support together for this globally ranked 5th car brand. There are plenty ToDos awaiting for contributions.

Wiring schematic for Han have been published in discord while ago. Other wiring schematic please share to discord according to Commaai's recommendations.
