video playback broken in Firefox

Video buffering and stuttering continuously for 30 seconds.

Recovers immediately after pausing and resuming.

you can't reproduce this? it's super easy. just click on a new spot, then click a few seconds behind it. Route doesn't matter but this was https://connect.comma.ai/a2a0ccea32023010/1690488081496/1690488851596

Hmm, just did it once by selecting a range to zoom and then seeking. It loaded after a few seconds though and I can't do it again.

Stutter still happens when using firefox, could be something minor since it works fine on chrome
