I'm not sure what you mean, that's how it already works in vanilla, pressing F3 + Shift keeps the pie graph all the time until F3 is closed again.

Pretty sure this is already semi-possible, extending BaseModule should work, would just need to add it to a gradle repository.

At that point the sensor's battery runs out, I don't think there's a lot to be done then, you would need to take the sensor off to replace the battery...
