Is anyone working on providing this functionality at the moment? If not, I would be happy to attempt a PR.

This will be good, because the [RTL related PR](https://github.com/beercss/beercss/pull/210) that I submitted recently seems to increase the bundle size to ~13KB (gzipped size, not brotli). @laurentpayot are you working on...

To provide bit more info, this optimization probably does not help much with chrome browser because it appears to perform string interning optimization. However these browsers don't seem to do...
