Type 'Component' is not assignable to type 'ReactiveElement'. Types have separate declarations of a private property '__instanceProperties'.

Also seeing the same with `2.3.1`. Downgrading to `2.2.8` fixed it.

@augustjk We use yarn, so `yarn dedupe` was useless in our case: `error The dedupe command isn't necessary. yarn install will already dedupe.` 😂 I ran into this issue updating...

mangled exports breaks with destructuring assignment of JSON imports

Also stumbled into this issue whilst upgrading a project to Webpack 5. I've noticed it doesn't seem to mangle _all_ of the properties in the imported JSON, just the ones...
