@Marv51 Looking at the internal bug, the fix is in for the upcoming 1.7 release.
Oops, correction: There is intent to get it into 1.7, but the change is currently just in 1.8 with an open issue to bring it to 1.7.
@svsnux The fix will be in the upcoming 1.8-experimental1 release. It is being evaluated for servicing to 1.7.
I believe this is an OS issue, making the underlying cause/fix the same as #8442. Let's track through that one issue. I added a comment in that issue to note...
I suspect the problem is the fix for #597 ([internal bug](https://task.ms/31936631)), which added [this code](https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/blob/da699b040bddc2a6adf660512a7c6db8a96bfbe3/src/dxaml/xcp/dxaml/lib/ScrollViewer_Partial.cpp#L2544C1-L2572C21).
