我知道可以inline bot，但是由于Telegram的某些bug，这样无法产生内置的评论框（关联群组后） （转发的也不行） 希望增加一个直接向关联频道发送消息的功能 效果是在关联群组中发送命令（带上特定参数）后将结果发送到关联的频道里（已经被授权为频道管理员，有发送消息的权限） 应该可以从api里获取到 linked_chat_id
