Adding mime types produces 404

I have been trying to get mime maps working on this repository. Every http request to unknown mime types (On IIS Express and Azure web apps) results in 404 error....

When would be next release?

Last release of this package was about 3.5 years ago. When can we expect a new release?

Feature request - Flag component

Expose the flag component separately. This will help user to create a button with flag and country name, upon touch open the country picker
