:CtrlPBuffer doesn't show neovim terminals

I don't know if this is actually an issue or intentional, but if I run `:CtrlPBuffer` neovim terminals don't show up.

I am not seeing that this is possible currently, but maybe I missed something. Would be nice if you could pass `--ghc-option` to `ghc-mod`.

MongoDB: Auto generated mutations

Currently you can do mutations manually using [native_mutations](https://hasura.io/docs/3.0/connectors/mongodb/native-operations/native-mutations), but we should auto generate standard point mutations. Issue created in the ndc-mongodb issue board [here](https://github.com/hasura/ndc-mongodb/issues/89).
