This PR is to updated the document [Configure an App Service app](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/configure-common?tabs=portal#configure-app-settings) to include an ARM template example for setting app settings in Azure App Service.

Just a minor issue to report, the [template provider is deprecated](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/template/latest) and no longer maintained by HashiCorp. This provider should still work for x86, but for ARM (which is what...
