I have the same issue. Prospect Mail 0.3.0-275 OpenSuse Tumbleweed KDE 5.22.4, SDDM I also saw a similar issue here: https://github.com/julian-alarcon/prospect-mail/issues/27

So this bug still exists. Why does this page even exist if it is being ignored? Or is there any word from Valve somewhere else about this serious security issue?

As a "workaround" I ignore the pop-up. Steam will start eventually as normal. I do agree it should be treated as an untrusted app if they don't fix this though.

I have a similar issue with Plasma Wayland on Opensuse Tumbleweed. Kernel Version: 6.7.7-1-default. NVIDIA 550.54.14.
