[Bug] Access to disposable object on Android ShadowEffect

Do you have any sample repo to reproduce it easily? Diagnosing the issue with only exception is bit hard.

SwipeGestureRecognizer is not working

I confirm this issue still exists in .NET MAUI 7. I added swipe gesture to a content view. In Android, the gesture never works!!
