The `maven-javadoc-plugin` plugin declaration is duplicated, @rupeshA . I think @eeverman was referring to customizing the Javadocs using the [doclet feature](https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/javadoc/doclet/overview.html) that the JDK provides
