I'd like this feature also to make this extension more "all-in-one". I very often need to copy parts of a markdown page into HTML for pasting into online website managers/blogs....

Hacky is ok. How could I change `ctrl+8` to `ctrl+up`, for example?

I also have conflicts with both `ctrl+shift+p` and `ctrl+space` for bringing up the command palette.
