Hen house will not get locker and proper food is still on the todo. However all bars now have the ability to craft cocktails using ingredients
there most likely will not be a food fridge, however as the issue mentions there will be proper food and cooking/crafting

Wearable jewelry was suggested previously and is not really possible to do. Jewelry in general sounds cool tho, maybe more crafting spots for the different jewelry
