Hi, I apologize I've been traveling for work and planned to get back to this this weekend. Can we leave this open a little longer?
@Raimo33 whay does reindexing mean here and is there something I should to do ensure it's correct?
@craigraw when I go to C:\Users\wesle\AppData\Local\Bitcoin\bitcoin.conf all that comes up is server=1

Let me check the debug log. If you'll bear with me a bit I don't know how to solve this without some guidance.
Yes it's bitcoin knots that I'm running not core but this problem persisted with that as well
