Interestingly, outputting to RTF works. This might prove a useful workaround in the short-term. Edit: wait, not really--the tables in my RTF output are bitmap images.

I apparently have reading issues since [#7](https://github.com/florianf/tileoven/issues/7) seems relevant. I'll look into this... Still, it would be awesome if this could somehow be made to work with a reverse proxy...
