The issue is that you're loading it as a local file. Use http://127.0.0.1:24050/VictimCrasherOverlay instead
This is still an issue in i3, no combination of window properties I've found allows a widget to be underneath a tiled window
As a temporary fix, I'm able to pass `props.setProperty("ner.useSUTime", "0");` to the NLP constructor to disable the problematic import.
