I would just like to know why this happens because in my project I only have 1 WebApi and I am uploading it locally, I couldn't find anywhere what this...

In my case, I only have 1 instance of the application, however, I realized that when I added structured log writing from Serilog to OpenTelemetry this was causing my problem....
