The Makefile may need some tweaking to work properly on Windows. Will update with more details later.
The following commit 823fd5c6d669db3037d56ee221bfb207828d89d3 causes compilation to fail on Windows. I'll update this issue with the exact error message, but it involves the EB_UniformRunControl class and dllimport.
