Not quite indexes, but https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/pull/16505#discussion_r1366209678 notes that `state_groups_state` is slightly different than the schema files say.
I'm going to close this pull request due to lack of response, please respond to the above feedback if you'd like to continue working on it. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure this will pass everything now. :)
@DMRobertson This needed more changes, I'm pretty sure it'll pass this time though.
I would guess some of that was due to [`report_stats`](https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse/latest/usage/configuration/config_documentation.html#report_stats) being enabled. I don't think any TURN connections are made by default, but maybe a client does that by default.
There's really not much to using this besides installing the package and then [importing the appropriate method](https://github.com/clokep/django-render-block#api-reference). Can you expand upon what could be clarified or is confusing?

Thanks for providing a simplified way to reproduce. Just to double check what version are you using? Does this work in any version?
Thanks for confirming! I'm not sure if I'll have time to take a look at this soon, unfortunately.
