Sidebar Scroll to "current-app" or "current-model"

When clicking through the apps/models in the side nav, the page will refresh on each click and you lose your spot in the side nav. This is a minor inconvenience...

Are there pagination links to cycle through a collection? For the time being, I just made the collection really large.

I could probably use CTRL-F but that only works if it's on the same page.
