hey @metmajer this is interesting - do we have a view what is stored in this extensionLists ... ? I took a look what's in the doc about this .....

 4.x with a super simple testcase (RM + Jira + one (failing) test component - it's not a lot per run .. but it's definitely accumulating .. the start...

even with keep only 2 failures (via build config, and hence deleting the rest) - there is no difference:  we see the same growth .. if you zoom in...
