@cschramm https://github.com/blueman-project/blueman/commit/7c5f8756450a53aa6db4315428bbcb4091b5fed9 isn't included in our build. We're at 2.3 still, not 2.3.1.

We have some logs now in https://github.com/linuxmint/mint21-beta/issues/98. I do see "Loading NAP Settings" in there.
