Reproducibility issue with different splitters. Every time I rerun the splitter I get different train test scores. What can I do to reproduce the results? The differences are significant.

it is about the random seed, try to use the same seed, then you can get the same split to the data.

Cannot show structure in pip version

I have the same issue with pip installation on windows. what is going on?

deepchem 2.8.0, error: '_GraphConvKerasModel' object has no attribute 'inputs'

problem solved, by using python 3.9, and reinstall everything.
