Refers to https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-dataflow/issues/5469 In the task launch view, the boot version dropdown stays to the default value despite the selection.

Enable "Default version" for initial launch only. Then on subsequent launches it sends the actual version to remove any ambiguity as a payload.
