Use TeamCity variable in channel name

It would be great to have ability to specify something like `#%teamcity.projectname%` in channel name to publish messages for separate projects when using templates. This issue depends on https://github.com/PeteGoo/tcSlackBuildNotifier/issues/13

Continue escalation if current *day of week* is in range

Currently it is possible to set time interval to pause escalation outside working hours. It would be great to be able to pause escalation for the weekends.
