Add wechat notification

Hello, I like this automation project very much. It's great. Can you add enterprise wechat notification (similar to webhook), which is very necessary for Chinese users. Hi, you can create a dedicated branch for that, and raise a PR after finished.

@fangguisheng to get this integrated into the upstream, you need to open an Pull Request which then can be reviewed by the maintainers.
