lists within lists have 0.85em size, that's just an odd design choice imo. sublists usually do not change the font size

resolves #2814 it's pretty ugly with most icons but I hope that can be forgiven since it's just a historical thing. ---

resolves #11234 this reads kind of clunky as a sub-list imo but I'm working around the already-pretty-bad formatting of this page and trying to just resolve the issue...
