Downloading extensions with names containing illegal characters

Trying to download an extension "Burner Emails: Easy, Fast, Disposable Emails", which contains illegal characters (probably ':', ','), the extension refuses to download That extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/burner-emails-easy-fast-d/dnnmaoecogobjdiieopljefemjdkkaja
