I'm also hitting on this at the moment. The release notes here: https://github.com/whisklabs/docker-it-scala/releases/tag/0.10.0 seem to indicate the the `*impl*` artifacts are no longer being publishes, but the readme for 0.11.1...

Sounds good! If I get a moment I'll take a look to see if it's something clear to me and easy to fix.
