Missing release for docker-testkit-impl-docker-java 0.11.0

It seems that there was an error with the latest release 0.11.0 where most packages are available for 0.11.0 except for docker-testkit-impl-docker-java which is missing from maven central.

I'm also hitting on this at the moment. The release notes here: https://github.com/whisklabs/docker-it-scala/releases/tag/0.10.0 seem to indicate the the *impl* artifacts are no longer being publishes, but the readme for 0.11.1 still was updated to refer to them.
