On OS X, running this will only change the wallpaper on the active desktop. Would be awesome to see it change the wallpaper on all desktops.

Best I understand, there currently isn't a way to automatically refresh the IP every X seconds/minutes. It would be nice to add this.
It would be nice to be able to update tags on nics and storage devices just like you are able to do with a machine.
